Domestic Shipping (India)

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.
A flat shipping charge of ₹250 applies to orders below ₹5,000.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days across India.
We ship via reputed courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC).

International Shipping

We ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Germany, France, Singapore and 40+ other countries.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Delivery Time: 12–15 business days for international orders.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
We ship via FedEx, DHL, or equivalent international courier services.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order using the Track Order feature on our website.

Packaging

All rugs are carefully rolled, wrapped in protective plastic, and packed in sturdy cardboard tubes or boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
